Dear Parents/Guardians/ Campers,

We are very happy to welcome you to this exciting LOLART camp. At LOLART we recognize that the children are our highest priority. This is why much planning has been put into this program. Please kindly familiarize yourself with following policies/procedures to help organize this camp better:

ALL Art supplies are included; campers are suggested to bring a smock or old shirt.

Campers should pack their own drinks, snacks and lunch (for full day students). (NO NUTS products please)

Our Camp hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Campers can be dropped off after 8:50 a.m. and picked up by 4:10 p.m. (12:10pm for half day morning session) with no extra charge. Students dropped off before 8:50 a.m. or picked up after 4:10 p.m. (12:10pm for half day morning session) will be charged extended hour fees ($4 per half hour, 8:30am-6:00pm).

Illness or injury at Camp:  If a camper becomes ill or is injured while at camp, the parent(s)/guardians or the emergency contact(s) will be contacted to pick up the camper. All campers who are ill must be picked up; no camper will be released to leave on his/her own. Campers with life threatening emergencies will be taken to the nearest hospital.

Administration of Medicine: If a camper has a medical condition such as asthma, which requires medication to be taken while at camp, please send the medication in its original container with the prescription clearly visible.

If you have any further questions regarding our camps, please call us at 416-250-8110 or email to info@lolart.ca , and we will be happy to assist you.
